Projection Bracket

Used to avoid obstructions such as moldings around a window or handles on outside mount installations. Metal L-shaped projection bracket are used to mount product to wall, window trim or molding. Sometimes referred to as "angle irons". Extension blocks may be used to add an extra 3/8" to 1/2" of projection to the head rail. Spacer blocks are usually used to avoid slight obstructions such as molding around a window on outside mount installations.

Headrail

Standard

Treanna Shades feature the Omni-View Cord System providing the ability to manipulate the shade into various viewing positions. With the fabric retracted inside headrail lower the fabric by pulling down on the rear of the loop cord until you reach the desired shading position. Once lowered completely to the window sill continue pulling the cord in the same direction and the horizontal fabric vanes will open offering varied views to the outside. Continue pulling the cord in the same direction and the shade will lift while in the "view-through" mode. To retract shade, simply pull down on the front of the cord until the shade reached the desire viewing mode or position.

Installation

Inside Mount

Inside Mounts are mounted within the window frame. On inside mounts deductions are taken from the width measurement to allow the product to fit inside the window frame and provide adequate operating clearance. Minimum depth requirements vary depending on product.

Outside Mount

Outside Mounts are mounted on the wall, window trim or molding surrounding the window. On outside mounts you will want to extend the window covering beyond the window opening. You will need to determine how much overlap you want and add that amount to the window opening width and / or height measurements.
